Dr. Roberta Katz is CEO of Article III, Inc., and recent President and CEO of the Technology Network (TechNet), a national bipartisan political network of technology industry executives. TechNet’s mission is to help its members build working relationships with national and state political leaders and pass federal and state laws that will help foster the New Economy. Dr. Katz was recently named one of "The Fifty Most Influential Women Lawyers in America" by the National Law Journal, and has served in senior legal positions for Netscape, McCaw Cellular Communications, and a Seattle law firm. Dr. Katz is also a cultural anthropologist specializing in issues of social and cultural change, with a PhD from Columbia University.
