Three main courses were designed and taught by VisMod theme team's members:
The Fall 1998 Visualization
and Modeling seminar at UC Berkeley. This seminar focused on a range of
visualization and modeling technologies used to teach about science,
mathematics, and technology.
The Spring 2000 Visualization
and Modeling seminar at UC Berkeley. This course was linked to a national
graduate seminarsupported through a CILT seed grantin
visualization and modeling.
The online Netcourse "Uses of technology
for teaching spatial visualization-based content" (Spring 2001). In this
course participants from various institutions collaboratively explored the
potential of technology in providing visual aids as means for assisting learners
in dealing with various topics that require spatial visualization.
